Hi! Here from ICLW and just wanted to say congratulations and I am so excited for you! It sounds like it has been a very long wait, and I know you are so thrilled to finally be bringing your sweet boy home. I hope this last bit of times goes quickly as you wait to be a family of three. :)
How exciting. I remember reading your blog not too long ago and you were talking about pursuing adoption. I am so excited to hear you are so close to becoming a parent. Wooohoooo.
Oh wow, this is fantastic! I'm stopping by from ICLW and it's so fun to see such amazing news! Interesting times ahead for you all as you adjust. I was stoked to see that you're a high school science teacher as well - I'm currently studying to do the same. I know you'll not be thinking much about work now but look forward to hearing about it in the future (and of course about your new son!).
Wow, congratulations! That is so exciting! I hope the rest proceeds smoothly and the next year (possibly) of getting to stay home with your son is pure bliss! Happy ICLW! Thanks for stopping by my blog.
"My story is important not because it is mine, God knows, but because if I tell it anything like right, the chances are you will recognize that in many ways it is also yours. Maybe nothing is more important than that we keep track, you and I, of these stories of who we are and where we have come from and the people we have met along the way because it is precisely through these stories, in all their particularity, as I have long believed and often said, that God makes himself known to each of us most powerfully and personally."
Welcome to my blog - it's my pathway to sanity!
I have PCOS and Endo. We ttc for 7 years and endured treatments like Clomid, Met and IVF and ICSI. After 7 years of fighting to become pregnant, we decided to follow the adoption path. Having been approved to adopt in Oct 2010, our son boy-o was placed with us in Mar 2011 - follow us on our ongoing journey...
