Having done it recently, I can...it is overwhelming. Having done it recently, I can suggest getting as much stuff purchased and ready as possible. I dont regret having purchased a cot, changing table, toddler bed, toddler furniture, car seats, double pram etc. I needed all of it and much more when the 2 year old twins arrived.
